1. Attire
a. Show blacks-black pants, black shirt, no jeans, no flannel shirts.
b. Suit-dress pants and jacket. Clean shirt tucked in.
2. Parking-near guest houses and greenhouse just north of the hotel. Non-painted
spots only.
3. Upon arrival to the hotel, technicians should get a Visitor’s badge
from Loss Prevention and have LP radio PSAV to announce their arrival.
4. Technicians are permitted to eat in the cafeteria given they take only as
much food on their plate as they are actually going to eat.
5. No alcohol should be taken on or removed from the property.
6. Any tips/gratuities from a client must be disclosed to the Director or other
PSAV manager so as to avoid any miscommunications.
7. Any call should be prepared to interact with clients, whether it is set day
or an operate call. All clients must be treated with courtesy and respect, and
in accordance with the “customer is always right” service philosophy.
Union techs may directly refer a PSAV representative to the client when any
extensive interaction is required.
