These are the Local 16 I.A.T.S.E contract Microsoft Excel
forms. These forms have been updated as of 1/13/11 to the current
pension rates of 7.7% employer contributions for Term agreements and 12% contributions for Project agreements
as mandated by Federal law to adopt a 10 year pension rehabilitation plan.
When you use these forms we suggest you open the spreadsheet and then save it
using a new name before entering data on the spreadsheet so that the original blank form is not erased.
Please check with the office of Local 16 IATSE to confirm that you are using
the correct form to insure the proper rates for Health and Welfare, Pension,
and Education and Training Fund. The correct contract and rates should be listed on the job sheet generated by the dispatch agents of Local 16.
